- Operate honestly and transparently by doing what we say when we say we will.
- Respect and protect all ‘commercial in confidence’ information received.
- Declare any potential conflict of interest immediately once apparent or alleged.
- Reject any 3rd party fee or reward unless prior written approval is obtained from the Client’s Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer.
- Report any allegation of Code of Conduct violation to the Blue Chip Consulting Group Managing Director as soon as possible.
- Remain open to opportunities to create value by leveraging our experience.
- Invest in lifelong learning to contribute to creative solutions that increase client value
A proven breach of the Code of Conduct immediately terminates employment or association with Cost Management Specialists and the Blue Chip Consulting Group.
The Managing Director of the Blue Chip Consulting Group undertakes to:
- Resolve any alleged breach of this Code of Conduct as soon as possible.
- Invite evidence to resolve any alleged Code of Conduct breach
- Report resolution of proven violations of the Code of Conduct to affected parties.
